What do I do if I lose a nail?

You will receive 24 nails in 12 different sizes.

Some sizes might not fit perfectly, but can be filed down to the correct size and replace a lost nail. If this is not an option for you, we recommend purchasing another set.

What are the nails made from?

Our nails are 100% plant-based: all made from a material called castor oil.

Can I use nail polish remover instead of acetone?

For removing the nails, we do not recommend using nail polish remover, as it is not strong enough. You can use clear nail polish remover or acetone to remove nail polish off the nails. Clear acetone can be used for both nail polish removal and glue removal.

Can I remove Krylik Nails without taking the nail polish off?

When soaking nails in acetone the nail polish will come off. Acetone will remove nail polish and glue.

Yes, all of our pre-coloured nails you can colour. With the darker pre-coloured coloured nails, you might need to use darker nail polish.

What to do if the acetone doesn’t take off the nail polish?

If you have used clear acetone and wiped the nail, please contact info@krylik.com.

What to do if some of the nails don’t fit?

If some sizes do not fit, we recommend finding the closest size and filing the edges to fit. Make sure the edge files are smooth before applying the nail.

Yes, our nails are reusable. Unlike other nail brands, our glue-on nails are unaffected by acetone or nail polish polish remover.
